1. Termonology
The following are common bonus terminology used in the description of bonuses:
Activation: when a bonus is activated and any resulting bonus cash is added to your bonus balance
Available Bonuses: bonuses and/or bonus that you are either eligible to be awarded when making a deposit or that have been awarded to you but have not yet activated by you.
Awarding: when a bonus is added to a player’s account for use.
Bonus type: this is an insurance award, credited at the discretion of the casino, based on losses during a specific period of time.
Deposit Bonus: a bonus that requires a deposit to be made to claim that is typically a percentage of the amount deposited by the player.
Eligibility: if a player is eligible to be awarded a bonus at the discretion of UrbanCasino
Forfeit: when a player requests for a bonus to be canceled or cancels the use of the bonus themselves.
Free Bonus: a bonus that requires no deposit to claim and make use of.
Free Spins: a bonus that credits free spins on a game of the casinos choosing with no deposit required.
Loyalty Cash Bonus: a cash credit made at the discretion of the casino that comes with no restrictions and can be used to play any game in the casino.

2. General Bonus Conditions
2.1 Balances and bonus play
As with most bonus types, if a player has an available cash balance, any bets will be debited from their Cash Balance before their Bonus Balance.
2.2 Withdrawing with a bonus in play
Players are able to withdraw their cash balance while having a bonus in play, however your current active bonus balance, including the original bonus amount and any winnings, will be forfeited and not contribute to your withdrawal amount. This is at the sole discretion of the player and cannot be reverted after such a decision has been made.
2.3 Min bonus balance
Your bonus will be automatically forfeited when the balance drops below €0.05.
2.4 Bonus fair play
Bonuses are intended to enhance players’ gaming experience, and they are to be used in that manner. Any breach of the bonus terms may result in a player’s winnings/bonuses being returned back to the casino and/or their account being blocked.
2.5 Amendments to Bonuses
UrbanCasino.net reserves the right to amend bonus terms and structures at any given time with or without prior given notice.
2.6 Optional bonus
It is optional for players to activate a bonus at UrbanCasino. Players can either activate their bonus/bonuses by selecting it/them during the deposit process, or choose not to claim any available bonuses on offer to them.
2.7 Games and game categories
The games/game categories that a bonus bet can be played with, in order to contribute to the wagering requirements of the bonus will be determined by UrbanCasino. Most likely the game categories that are excluded are those with Progressive Jackpots, unless specified otherwise. If a player enters a non-qualifying game, the bonus balance will be deducted from the in-game balance and only your cash balance (if available) will be displayed.
2.8 Wagering Requirement Contributions
The types of games played will contribute a different percentage towards the bonus’ wagering requirements. This is known as bonus wagering requirement game weighting.

Please note that players suspected of adopting a low risk betting strategy to clear wagering requirements may have their bonus and any winnings voided.
2.9 Max bonus bet size
A player’s bonus may be automatically inactivated if they make a bet over €5 in the crypto equivalent, or unless otherwise specified in the specific bonus conditions. Maximum bet size per cryptocurrency is as follows: 0.00025 BTC, 0.00375 ETH, 0.095 LTC, 0.045 BCH, 5 UDSt, 5 USDc, 5 DAI.
A players bonus may be automatically inactivated if they place single or multiple bets of a value of fifty percent (50%) or more of the bonus amount on any single game.
Bets placed over the max specified bet amount will not contribute to the wagering requirements. Bets over the max specified bet amount, will lead to the wagering requirements of the bonus increasing by an additional 10% for deposit bonuses and an additional 5% for no deposit bonuses.
2.10 Risk free bets
Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify to the wagering requirements.
2.11 No-deposit Bonus
A No-Deposit Bonus is a free bonus that does not require a deposit in order to be activated. The No-Deposit bonus at Urban Casino is 10 Free Spins on Total Overdrive (Betsoft) and is available to players from Oceania, North America and South Africa only.

2.12 Cash out on no-deposit bonus
For every No-deposit Bonus including cash or free spins, if a player has not previously made a deposit, they may be required to make a deposit before a cash-out any winnings is possible. This is to ensure the player’s identity and to register a payment method with their account, in order for us to make the payment out to. However, the new deposit amount can be refunded upon withdrawal, after a 1x playthrough of the cash amount is made. Thereafter the full amount including maximum bonus cash out amount plus deposited amount, can be withdrawn.
2.13 More than one bonus
In a case when a player is wagering a current bonus, and is offered another concurrent bonus/promotion, for instance from an affiliate’s website, even in the case where the offer is not personalized, then the player shall first contact the UrbanCasino Customer Support Team to confirm that such bonus is valid for use. If such eligibility is not confirmed and received by the player, then the player shall risk having the bonus and winnings from that bonus voided.

2.14 Wagering requirements
A player’s funds must be wagered a predetermined number of times before completion of the bonus qualification, the bonus winnings transferred to their cash balance and requesting a withdrawal. This is an industry standard practice designed to reduce bonus abuse and fraud.
During the bonus wagering period, a player can request a withdrawal of the current Cash Balance without having completed the full wagering requirements. 2.15 Cash balance first
A player’s cash balance will always be used first, once this is played through, only then, will the bonus balance begin to be used. 6. Bonus Abuse
